CORPORATE WEBINARS 

Mental health and wellbeing programs have become essential themes in many organizations to help mitigate the mental health crisis currently seeing globally.  These programs go a long way providing essential awareness, education and support to individuals struggling with stress related challenges and mental health issues. 

These programs are effective ways to reduce absenteeism, resignations and workplace toxicity which is being seen both as a cause and a symptom of unhappy and stressed employees.  As a result they also promote team co-operation and cohesiveness and sustain workplace happiness. 

Ideally programs are tailored to the unique needs and structures of your organizations and individual teams.  But in order to provide an idea and framework below are examples of previous programs: 

Face to face work with teams in organizations:

  • Team workshops (ideally up to 15 individuals in a team)
  • Motivational talks after team building exercises or programs
  • Team small group therapy or de briefing sessions (ideally up to 15 individuals)

Virtual Support:

  • One on one employee assistance counselling sessions can be offered after seminars or mental health programs if / when required.
